What we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, phone number, country, destination port, shipping preferences, the spices and quantities in your list and your message. Your inquiry list is also stored in your own browser (local storage) until you send or clear it. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send there.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quotation and send samples or documents (pre-contract steps / legitimate interest).
- To keep a record of the inquiry for follow-up and accounting.
- To send occasional updates by email only if you ticked the optional box — you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying “unsubscribe”.
Who processes it
Inquiries are processed by Cloudflare (website hosting and form handling) and Resend (sending the confirmation emails). If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their terms. Google Maps is loaded only when the map section is shown. These providers may process data outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records — normally no longer than 3 years unless a contract or the law requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to sales.harmonearthexports@outlook.com. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for buyers in the EU/UK, respect the rights given by the GDPR. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
